高职院校校外实训基地建设的思考与实践——以宁夏职业技术学院为例

校外实训基地是高职院校实践教学体系的重要组成部分,其建设效果直接影响到高职人才培养质量。宁夏职业技术学院在校外实训基地建设中,以完善的管理体系为组织保障,以专业建设指导委员会为纽带,以校企双方技术人员和教师相互兼职为重要突破口,以高技能人才培养的科技平台为校企合作共建共融的提升结合点,以开展企业员工培训为巩固校外实训基地建设的重要利益点,以适当的投入为进一步深化校外实训基地建设的资金保障,以校企文化共融为校外实训基地内涵建设的"灵魂",以校领导联系企业制度加强校企联系,探索出了一条适合自身发展的道路。这些经验对其他高职院校校外实训基地建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

Contemplation over Establishment of Off-campus Internship Base-A Case Study on Ningxia Polytechnic

Off-campus internship base is an important element of practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges. The off-campus internship program can directly affect the quality of vocational education. The paper intro- duces the experience of Ningxia Polytechnic. It sets up a sound management system to ensure the effective operation of the base; the Curriculum Development Advisory Panel is set up as a link between the technicians in factories and en- terprises and teachers in vocational colleges; technicians are employed as temporary teacher in vocational colleges while college teachers work with enterprises for some time; a platform for developing science and technology is built eollaboratively by enterprises and vocational colleges to serve both training of skillful workers and development of en- terprises. This mode of cooperation between enterprises and colleges gives consideration to both the interest of enter- prises and vocational colleges. Colleges can offer training program to workers of the enterprises; fit investment guaran- tees the further cooperation; the communication of company culture and campus culture breathes life to the internship base. It is believed that the experience can be helpful to the construction of other off-campus internship bases.
