北京重点高校公体教师职业倦怠现状调查研究

运用教师职业倦怠调查问卷对北京重点高校教师进行调查,结果表明:北京重点高校体育教师职业倦怠问题普遍存在;男教师的职业倦怠普遍高于女教师;31～50岁年龄段的体育教师职业倦怠程度普遍比较高;不同教龄的体育教师在情绪衰竭和去个性化成面上差异显著;每周上课在12～16学时的教师倦怠更为严重。

The Research about the Phenomenon of Job Burnout of PE Teachers in Major Universities in Beijing

In this paper,we adopted vocational burnout inventory to investigate the universities teachers.The results showed that,the problem of job burnout(JB) commonly exists in universities PE teachers.The level of JB of male teachers is generally higher than that of female teachers;the level of JB in 31-50 age PE teachers is comparatively higher;teachers with lecturer titles are even more serious;the levels of JB in PE teachers of different age sections vary significantly in emotion prostrating and de-individuation;teachers with 12-16 classes a week become more serious.
