远程高等教育办学理念中教育理想的体现

远程高等教育作为一种高等教育形式正发挥着越来越重要的作用,由于远程教育的开放性、社会性、个性化等特点,使得它最能体现人类赋予教育理想的实现。本文结合远程高等教育办学理念和教育特征,阐述了实现教育的社会化、全民化和大众化理想;实现教育追求自由、平等、民主的精神。倡导教育关怀,体现高等教育公平、均等的理想。坚持“以人为本”,追逐“服务”的理念,体现了把远程教育办成真正人的教育,而不是机器的教育的理想。体现“个性化”教育的理想,张扬了主体意识。关注教育品质的提升,促进了人的全面发展理想的实现。

Educational Ideal Embodied in Distance Higher Education

Distance higher education is playing more and more important role in higher education. This paper, base on the schooling concept and educational features of distance education, summarizes the educational ideals fulfilled by distance higher education, which mainly include the followings: 1) The ideal in realization of socialization and popularization demonstrate the spirit of freedom, equality and democracy pursued by education; 2)The educational solicitude advocated shows the ideal of impartiality and equality of education;3) The concept of providing service for people as the base shows the ideal to managing the distance education as a real man (but not a machine) education;4)The ideal of individuality education enhances the sense of subject; 5)And the upgrading of educational quality promotes the realization of the ideal for a person's development in all round.
