| 摘 要： | 江西属于经济欠发达区域,大量吸引海外人才,创新性地建设江西,才能使江西赶超全国经济发展。剖析江西人才现象,联系区域经济发展的特点,分析欠发达经济的内因,借鉴国内外吸引海外人才举措,本文对江西吸引海外人才提出了几点对策建议。

Suggestions and Measures to Attract Overseas Talents |

| Abstract: | Jiangxi belongs to the underdeveloped area.In order to keep up with and surpass the average economical development rate of the whole country and build jiangxi into a new and developed province,there is no other way but to attract the overseas talents.After analyzing the internal cause of holding Jiangxi's economy back,the present situation of Jiangxi's talents problem,and referring to the measures taken by the world,we put forward some suggestiions. |
