货币政策区域效应对我国区际经济差距影响的实证分析

改革开放30年,我国经济取得了辉煌的成就,但是区际经济差距问题也日益加大,这种经济增长的空间不平衡性已经阻碍了国民经济的整体发展。将货币政策的区域效应和紧缩或扩张性货币政策的不对称效应结合起来,来考察货币政策的经济效力,有助于研究货币政策对区际经济差距造成的影响。运用面板模型这种计量工具,分别针对1984-1997年间的紧缩性货币政策和1998-2004年间的扩张性货币政策展开的区域效应差异检验,发现紧缩与扩张性的货币政策的不对称性,加上相应的区域效应差异,是造成我国区际经济差距进一步加大的重要原因。在缩小区际经济差异、促进各地区协同发展的战略目标下,必须重视货币政策的区域效应差异问题。
