企业可持续发展的战略选择——基于绿化的观点

从可持续发展角度 ,提出了企业投入产出的概念模型 ,认为企业的发展是追求社会责任、发展的可持续性与高效率的统一 ;在提出企业战略要素组合模型的基础上 ,通过引入“绿化”理念 ,对各战略要素进行重新定位 ,构建了可持续发展的战略要素组合模型 ;对三种流行的战略范式进行了分析 ,并引入可持续发展愿景 ,构建了可持续发展的战略范式组合框图 ,进一步分析指出 ,最佳的可持续发展战略是在上述的分析框图里寻求一种均衡 ,战略的有效实施取决于企业与其它经济主体能否形成一种新型的社会关系。

Strategic choice of sustainable development of business——a viewpoint based on afforesting

The paper studies sustainable development strategy of business, connecting idea of environmental protection. Firstly, From the angle of sustainable development, a conceptual model of business's input and its output is put forward, and it is thought that the development of business is to seek the unity of social responsibility, sustainable development and high benefit; Secondly, after a integrated model of strategic elements is put forward, through leading the afforesting ideology into it, we constitute an integrated model of strategic elements of sustainable development; Thirdly, we analyze three popular strategic paradigms, through leading the vision of sustainable development , we further constitute an integrated framework of strategic paradigms of sustainable development , and then conclude that the most strategy of sustainable development is an equilibrium , and the effective enforcement of strategy depends on whether the business builds a new social relationship with other economic units.
