| 摘 要： | 本文针对《全国普通高等学校体育课程指导纲要》提出的五项体育目标内容，采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和逻辑归纳法对川南地区5所高校1000名在校大学生体育达标状况进行调查与研究，旨在准确把握当前我国大学生对（《纲要》中五大体育目标的实现状况并得出相应结论，力图提出对高校体育改革有积极意义的建议。

| Abstract: | Under the Guide-outline, by means of documentary analysis, expert talking, questionnaire and logic analysis methods, the author of the paper had taken investigation to one thousand of graduates in five universities in southern region in Sichuan province. The aim is to learn basic condition about the extent undergraduates achieved and give some relative conclusion which can help P.E. reformmion in universities |
