大学生课外科研创新能力培养中存在的问题及对策初探

21世纪对大学生素质的一项重要要求是创新精神和创新能力，提高大学生的科研能力则是培养其创新精神和创新能力的立足点和突破口。中国地质大学（北京）在“十一五”规划中把“建成地球科学领域世界一流大学”作为为学校中长期发展目标，能源学院也在中长期规划中把建成研究型学院作为自己的目标，把提高本科生的科研能力当作本科教学的重中之重，为此，笔者结合近几年能源学院学生课外科研活动的情况，分析问题，针对教学管理工作提出了相应的改善措施和建议：
