| 摘 要： | 本文从价值创新的视角来研究湖南电大系统的开放式高职，通过运用价值创新分析、传统行业分析、学习者心理需求链分析、学习者功能效用分析等价值创新的理论来论证和定义开放式高职这一教育系统模式。又通过学习者功效定位图进一步验证了开放式高职这一价值创新型教育系统模式。
