| 摘 要： | 我国网络新闻发展10年来已取得长足进展，现在它已成为许多网民获取新闻信息的重要渠道，然而其存在的问题也不容忽视。无论在内容还是在形式上，网络新闻都还很不规范，这极大地影响了网络新闻的公信力，同时也给网络新闻资源的开发与利用带来不便。网络新闻资源作为一种特殊的网络信息资源应加强其规范管理。总的说来，规范管理可从技术和人文两大方面入手，同时要加强对网络新闻从业人员专业教育的重视，完善其课程体系设置，以适应当前网络新闻发展的需要，因为，最终人是规范管理的主体。

| Abstract: | Great progress has been made in China in network news in the past ten years. Today, it has become an important approach for many netizens to acquire news, however the existent problems should not be neglected. The network news is abnormal not only in content but also in style, which affects the creditability of network news greatly and hampers the development and utiliation of network news. As a special kind of network information resources, we should strengthen the normalized management of network news, and genendly speaking, from the technical and human aspects. Meanwhile, we should strengthen special education of practitioners and prefect their curriculum so as to meet the need of the development of network news, since the human are the principal part in normalized management of network news. |
