| 摘 要： | 首先阐述了加强漏损控制，大力降低漏失率的重要意义。然后探讨了漏损控制的经济效益和社会效益。进而分析了形成漏水的原因，漏水的检测，预防渗漏的措施等。最后得出结论：降低漏损、防止浪费是整个社会的最大利益。
