| 摘 要： | 时代发展和人类自身发展都对人的心理素质提出了新要求，而当今中小学生心理承受能力低与此形成了较大反差。在社会，学校，家庭，学生自身诸多因素中，学校教育理应担当主要教育责任，具体可从调整认知，优化个性，增强应激反应和提高耐挫力等方面进行引导教育。
