| 摘 要： | 文章在理论分析的基础上，构建了测算技术进步来源的模型，并且利用20多年来的数据对中国技术进步来源途径及其影响进行实证研究。发现国际技术溢出对中国的技术进步有明显的促进作用，而国内自身研发对中国技术进步的影响较弱。加快中国技术进步的途径在于除继续进行对外开放，充分利用国际技术溢出外，最重要的是要大力进行自主创新，增强国内研发对技术进步的影响。

| Abstract: | The paper gives an empirical study of the origin and impact of China's technological progress by using the statistics over the 20 years.The result finds that the export of international technologies have apparently boosted the improvement of that in China,which,however,lacks a strong research background to support it.Therefore,China needs to do more in making use of foreign technologies by furthering opening to the outside world and quickening the space in self-motivated research. |
