| 摘 要： | 经过20多年的发展，中国流通产业既是一个先导产业，也是一个基础性产业。这是因为：社会消费品零售总额持续增长，流通产业成为国民经济的支柱产业，商品进出口贸易有较大提高，流通产业是吸纳劳动力就业的重要渠道，流通产业所有制结构已经发生了深刻的变化，流通产业的社会化程度有较大提高，商业业态与经营方式有了较大的发展，网上商店为主的各类电子商务迅猛发展，初步形成了具有中国特色的商品市场体系，形成了一批较大型的商贸企业集团。
