| 摘 要： | 本文对高校馆员所具有的资源进行分析,以人才所具有的四种基本素质:即体力、专业知识、信息素养、管理能力为元素建立坐标系,探析出人才资源立体结构图,为人才准确定位和努力的方向提出一种较为理想的模式.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the reason gained from the four basic elements that consisted in talents,including the professionals' labour force,professional knowledge,information attainments and administrative ability,this paper tries to build a reasonable model of three-dimensional structural chart for academic libraries so as to put forward a pattern on site and orientation of endeavor for talents. |
