| 摘 要： | 章概述了苏中地区国有企业资本结构失衡的主要表现，如资产负债率偏高，流动负债比率偏高，非经营性负债偏高，低效益负债突出等。在这个基础上，对资本结构失衡产生的原因作了较全面的分析，具体表现在企业缺乏资本结构意识等7个方面。
