| 摘 要： | 案例教学法在管理学教学中具有重要的应用价值,在本科管理学教学中实施案例教学法,有助于学生对管理理论知识的掌握和管理实践能力的培养。基于此,从案例教学中涉及到的几大要素,即案例、设施、教师和学生等角度出发,分析案例教学法目前在高校本科管理学教学实施中存在的问题,并提出若干改进的对策,旨在实现提高管理学教学的质量和效果的教学目标。

| Abstract: | Case teaching method has an important practical value in the management teaching of undergraduates,and implementing case teaching method in the course of management teaching can help undergraduates master the knowledge of management theory and develop their practical abilities.Proceeding from several major components involved in case teaching,this paper analyses the problems currently existing in case teaching of undergraduate management,and proposes corresponding measures in order to realize the teaching objective of improving management teaching quality and effect. |
