| 摘 要： | 办好自然科学学报,首先遇到的问题是,它的性质是什么,应具有那些特点和社会功能,如何发挥它的功能作用。本文论述了自然科学学报的五个特点和五项社会功能,指出了自然科学学报在传播、积累人类科学文化的历史使命中应有的作用,以及运用系统思维方式来实现学报工作的优化。
