| 摘 要： | 通过引用新兴古典经济学关于经济决策主体同时作为生产与消费的假定，构造一个包含自给自足结构和专业化、分工结构的模型，并将预算补偿形式引进模型，详细分析了不同情况下的住宅消费决策，指出了金融支持在其中的地位和作用，实证地描述、解释了我国住宅消费的基本状况及其特殊性，预测了金融支持在我国住宅消费中的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | By quoting a new-emerging hypothesis based on classical economics that the subject of economic decision-making serves as producer and consumer simultaneously,the author constructs a model with the inclusion of self-sufficient structure,specialization,structure of labor division,and also the form of budget compensation.The author also analyses in detail the decision-making of housing consumption under different circumstances;and points out the position and the role of financial support in it;and positively describes and interprets basic situation and particularity of housing consumption in our country;and predicts the development trend of financial support in housing consumption of our country. |
