应用型本科翻译人才培养需要与市场接轨。＂三维联动＂英语翻译人才培养模式,即＂NET＂培养模式,将课内课外、校内校外、学期内外三结合,建立翻译网络资源库（Network）,向合作企业开展志愿翻译服务（Enterprise）,校内外双导师（Tutor）共同培养翻译人才。这种培养模式既服务企业,又改革翻译实践教学,为培养适合市场需求的人才提供了新思路。

"NET": Modeling the training of Professional Translators and Interpreters

Market-orientation has been a necessity for training the professional translators and interpreters in the applied undergraduate education.＂NET＂,which stands for Network,Enterprises and Tutor,is a combination of the three,giving sufficient supplement to both the classroom teaching and theory teaching.In the process of launching this project,a newly-founded resource bank has been accessible to the members of the project as well as the other university students.Also,a new translation team guided by bi-tutors（tutors from university and enterprise）offers volunteer translation service for the enterprises,which benefits both the university and enterprises.The practice of this project has opened a door to the new model of market-oriented talent development.
