| 摘 要： | 人性的善恶是人性经过演变后的产物,一个社会的法治只有在充分认识和肯定人性需要时,才能为人们自觉遵守.在法治社会,人的尊严与法律权威是统一的,通过人性化法律意识的培养,构建人性化的法律体系,构筑人性化的执法方式,达到司法救济的主要目的.以人为本,构建和谐美满的法治社会.

| Abstract: | The good and evil of the humanism is the result of the humanism'sdevelopment,a society's law only with full understanding and affirmative the humanism's needing,then can be abided by peeple willingly.At a society of rule by law,theperson'sdignityandthelaw'sauthorities are un1ited,through the development of the humanized law consciousness,setting up the humanized law system,constructing the method of enforcing the law humanely,can we attain main purpose of the judicial succour.Make poople the center,set up a harmonious and happy society of rule by law. |
