| 摘 要： | 文章介绍的专用机床,是在对企业实际加工情况充分了解和研究的基础上研发的全自动装配专机。该专用机床采用普通的标准配件,结合巧妙的机械结构,实现自动送料、自动装配和在线检测,具有防错、减少劳动强度、降低装配成本功能;是适用于汽车转向管柱行业的一种专用设备。

| Abstract: | The special machine tool, being introduced in this paper, is a newly designed and completely automatic assembly one on the basis of fully understanding and researching of the processing of the enterprise. It is assembled with common standard parts, combined with ingenious mechanical structure of realization of automatic feeding, automatic assembly, and on - line inspection, having advantages of error proofing , reduction of labor intensity, lowering of assembly costs.
