论我国特色城市化进程与城市犯罪控制模式的选择

我国城市化进程与我国经济发展的特点紧密结合，具有浓厚的城乡二元分割等特征，这塑造了我国城市犯罪的产生、发展有别于其他国家的特色，表现为明显的集聚性、高发性、类同性的现状以及多元性犯罪方式、方法的发展趋势。为此，我国在治理城市犯罪时，必须坚持标本兼治、综合打击、系统预防等原则，必须采取传统的重点治理与现代心理防控相结合等手段。只有这样，我国日益多发的城市犯罪现象才能得到有力的遏制。

On the Urbanization with Chinese Characteristics and the Choice of Urban Crime Control Mode

In our country, the urbanization has a close relationship with its economic development. It has obvious characteristics of two-dimensional segmentation of rural and urban areas, which shape the characteristics that the beginning and development of urban crimes are different from those of other countries, which include the current situation of obvious centralization, high inci- dence, similarity and the development trend towards diversity of crime forms and methods. Therefore, in the control of urban crimes, we should insist on the principles, such as addressing both the symptoms and root causes of the crimes, combating the crimes comprehensively and preventing the crimes systematically. We should also take measurements to combine traditional key treatment with modem psychology prevention and control. Only in this way can China＇ s increasing and growing urban crimes be kept within limits efficiently.
