| Abstract: | The previous CPC National Congresses in the new period clearly outline the historical position and role of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee in history with a high degree of recognition, and hold that:Deng Xiaoping had made important contributions to the convening of the Third Plenary Ses- sion of the 11th Central Committee,which is the starting point for the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
