| 摘 要： | 针对高职学报编辑队伍的现状,分析编辑队伍中人员素质方面存在的问题,指出要强化高职学报编辑队伍建设,不断提升编辑人员应具备的思想、道德以及业务素质,提高高职学报的整体水平。
