关于地方高校实施人才强校战略的几点思考

进入新世纪新阶段，党中央做出了实施人才强国战略的重大决策，高等学校作为培养人才的重要基地，在实施人才强国战略中担负着特殊重要的责任和使命。同样人才问题，也是高校改革与发展的核心问题和头等大事。面对新形势，许多高校及时地提出了人才强校战略。笔者认为地方高校如何应对挑战，也应实施人才强校战略。

In the new century,CCCPC has made an important policy to carry out the strategy of strengthening our country by talents.As an important base of training talents,colleges and universities will shoulder extremely important responsibilities and missions in carrying out strengthening our country by talents.Meanwhile,the problem of talents is also the most important event and core of the reforms and development in colleges and universities.In face of the new situation,many colleges and universities come up with the strategy of strengthening schools by talents in time.What local colleges and universities should do to deal with challenges is to carry out the strategy of strengthening schools by talents.
