摘    要:将教学研究的重心下移到学校 ,建立与新课程相适应的以校为本的教学研究制度 ,是当前学校发展和教师成长的现实要求与紧迫任务 ,也是深化教学研究改革的方向和重点。以校为本的教学研究以促进学生的发展为宗旨 ,以课程实施过程中学校所面对的各种具体问题为对象 ,以教师为研究的主体。它是一种在理论指导下的实践性研究 ;它既注重切实解决实际问题 ,又注重概括、提升、总结经验和探索规律

Abstract:It is not only the actual demand and urgent task of the current school development and teacher growth, but also the direction and key point of the in depth reform of instruction research to lower the focus of instruction research to schools and set up the school based instruction research system adaptable to the new curriculum. As a kind of applied science under theoretical guidance, the school based instruction research should take the new curriculum as its orientation, consider the promotion to students' all round development as its aim, and treat the specific problems in the implementation of curriculum as its object and teachers as its subject. Therefore, the school based instruction research must focus on both the solving of practical problems, and the summarization of experience and exploration of objective laws.
