| 摘 要： | 阐述了奥林匹克知识产权的概念及法律保护的重大意义，从法学角度探讨了中国奥林匹克知识产权的主体，客体，特征，权利，权利归属等问题，阐明了奥林匹克标志侵权的特征及其保护途径，并对我国奥运市场运作提出了几点设想。

| Abstract: | This article explains the concept of Olympic intellectual property right and the importance of its legal protection. This article also makes research on its subject,object,feature,rights and the ownership of the rights from the angle of law and clarifies the feature of the infringement of the Olympic mark and how to protect it. Finally the article comes up with some suggestions on the function of Olympic market in China. |
