我国普通高校竞技体育科技服务现状调查与分析

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,分析我国普通高校竞技体育科技服务的现状。根据条件保障、组织制度、服务意识、科学素养等方面存在的问题,提出相关对策:统一思想、形成共识;加强领导与管理,逐步完善相关法规制度;创建各类平台,集聚各方资源;完善有利于科技与训练相结合的运行机制;推广高校高水平运动队的日常科技服务工作等。

Investigation and Analysis of Status Quo of Competitive Sports Scientific-Technical Service in Common Universities and Colleges of Our Country

The methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to experts were used to analyze the status quo of the competitive sports scientific-technical service in China's common institutions of higher learning.According to the problems existing in the aspects of safeguard for condition,organizational system,consciousness of service,scientific accomplishment etc.,it brought forward the following relevant countermoves:unifying thinking and forming common understanding; strengthening leadership and management and gradually perfecting related regulations and systems;establishing various kinds of platforms and collecting resources from every aspect;perfecting an operative mechanism that was good for the combination of science and technology with training;popularizing day-to-day scientific-technical service to high-levd sports teams in universities and colleges and so on.
