武术散打训练课礼仪运用研究

文章采用文献资料法、实地观察法及专家访谈法,对长沙体校武术班散打方向学生训练课礼仪运用情况、常用礼仪知识进行调查研究.“礼”是中华民族文化重要内容,中华民族以文明礼仪之邦而著称.“未曾学艺先学礼,未曾习武先习德”,在武术教学训练中,“以德为本,贯穿始终”作为教学的基本特点.但近年来,对武“礼”的淡化带来了习武人武德失范问题.武术是中华民族传统文化的重要内容,传统武术教育对礼仪的重视是毋庸置疑的,然而,现代武术训练、教学中礼仪应用的淡化同样也是散打训练中的一个严峻且亟待解决的问题.文章通过对武术散打训练课礼仪的运用进行研究,旨在对课堂行为规范中“礼”的要求,以使习武者达到真正“德艺双修”的目的.

On the Use of Etiquette in Wushu Sanda Training

This article uses the methods of literature, field observation and expert interview,does the survey of etiquette application situation in students Wushu training of schools in Changsha, and the common used etiquette knowledge study.＂The ritual＂ is an important part of Chinese national culture, the Chinese nation is known as the formal state of civilization. ＂Learning the ritual before learning Wushu＂, in Wushu teaching and training, is the basic characteristics of Wushu teaching. But in recent years, the martial ＂ritual＂ desalination causes the anon＇fie problem of martial wushu ethics. Wushu is the important content of the Chinese nation traditional culture, traditional Wushu education to the attention of the etiquette is beyond doubt, however, the application of etiquette in modern Wushu training, teaching desalination is also a serious of sanda training and problems to be solved. This article through to the use of wushu sanda training and etiquette, aims at the requirement of ＂the ritual＂ in classroom behavior standard, so that practitioners achieve the goal of real ＂art cultivation＂.
