人性化——教育的应然走向

摘    要:教育是人的教育,因此人性化是教育的核心因素。人性化教育是通过人文关怀,培养一个人独特的发展,用“人”的方式去对待人、理解人、关怀人。人性化是教育的应然走向。人性化教育要注重学生的个体差异,因材施教。人性化教育要尊重学生,呵护学生的内心世界。人性化教育要以学生的发展为最终目的,使学生成为独立的价值主体。

Abstract:Education is intended for human beings, thus the essential factor for education is humanization, which aims to develop the individuality of each student by treating, understanding and caring them as a "human being". Humanization is the essential ten-dency for education. This kind of education attaches much importance to the individual differences and adopts different teaching methods according to different student. What's more, this kind of education lays much emphasis on respecting the student and caring about their inner world. In a word, humanized education takes the development of students as its ultimate aim in order to cultivate them into independent value subjects.
