| 摘 要： | 在国内相关研究的基础上，从管理者层面，运用相关人力资源管理理论，分析中小型图书馆馆员培训的现状以及存在的问题，挖掘出当前制约我国中小型图书馆馆员培训的主要障碍因素，并针对这些因素提出解决的办法。
