Research on Optional Teaching in PE Course under the System of Delivering in Class

The aim of the research is to train every student into a useful one with a health body and mind, with outstanding individual characters, with distinct specialities, by PE teaching by mainly adopting experiementation and consulting reference materials, we carry out experiementovl teaching by making handbooks of learning PE, standardizing the activities, of learning, and training the students' learning abilities by themselves, we draw the conclusion that optional teaching in class ensures the development of students' individual characters and ensures them have the feeling of success in study, and also it trains them the abilities of learning by themselves and it out stands the principal position of students them selves.
