| Abstract: | Constructing new type of relationship between students and teachers is the foundation to promote the interaction between teachers and students so as to improve teaching quality. It consists of the following points: taking care of the development of each student; grasping the basic balance point of equality of students and teachers; respecting and taking care of students; creating independent and harmonious atmosphere in classroom. |
