| 摘 要： | 人类社会具有宏观社会系统的客观存在性、社会子系统的功能存在性的特点.通常,社会子系统的功能存在性具有:功能效果必然存在性、功能价值的积极与消极意义并存性、功能界定的主观模糊性、功能存在的历史变迁性四类主要特征.各个职业类别作为一类社会子系统,人的职业存在作为一种特殊的社会存在,同样具有功能存在性的特征.总结起来,现代社会个人的职业存在规律,可以用"职业存在的功能--受益模型"加以概括,即个体功能对社会需求和职业收益对个人需要的双重满足.
