| 摘 要： | 我国社会生活中出现的贫富分化现象越来越严重,构成社会不稳定的因素,影响国民消费水平的提高,妨害社会公正和公平,对和谐社会的建立形成严峻挑战。构建和谐社会,要努力扩大中等收入的比例,充分发挥全体社会成员的劳动积极性和创造性,建立起稳定、和谐的社会结构形态。

| Abstract: | Tne phenomenon of polarization between the rich and the poor is deteriorating, which is an unstable factor to the society. It affects the increase of national consumption level, damages social justice and fairness, and constitutes a serious challenge to the construction of a harmonious society. We must make efforts to expand the proportion of the middle-income class, and give flail play to the working enthusiasm and creativity of all members of the society, and establish a stable, and harmonious social stuucture. |
