| Abstract: | All the world are dumbfounded by the Corruption Spreading-up over the globe,the toppest corruption start in recent years such as political frame-up and murder makes the national people even more astounded.The toppest corruption with some common features of ordinary corruption is just the result of greed for pursuing benefits,however,showing obvious unique characteristics in the respects of essence,features and cause. |
