男子铁饼运动员腾空过渡阶段膝关节运动损伤的生物力学分析

摘    要:采用问卷调查法、数理统计法和三维运动生物力学分析法,对我国优秀男子铁饼运动员腾空和过渡阶段膝关节运动损伤原因进行研究分析。结论如下:①腾空阶段容易发生右侧外副韧带和前后交叉韧带损伤;左膝发生运动损伤的可能性不大。②过渡阶段,左膝关节、左踝关节随着左脚的快速落地,易发生左膝关节前交叉韧带和内侧副韧带损伤。

Abstract:Using the methods of questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,biomechanics analysis method,this paper tries to research the reasons that sports injury of the knee joint at stage of high rising and transition of elite male discus athletes.The results are as follow:1.At stage of high rising it is easy to injure for right collateral ligament and anterior cruciate ligament of knee;but there is little possibility of injury in the left knee.2.At stage of transition,the left knee joint and the ankle joint touchdown quickly with the left foot,it is easy to injure the anterior cruciate ligament of knee and medial ligamentous injury of knee joint.
