| Abstract: | Developing recycling economy in Hubei should start from a higher point. By thinking big, acting small, eco-agricuhure, coo-industry, eco-service may work as the main contents of industrial structure while artery industry is the keystone. Through the effort by the whole society, problems of resources and environment in developing economy can be solved radically. |
