贝弗里奇曲线对大学生就业现状的解读

目前，高校培养的毕业生供给结构与市场对劳动力需求结构的不对称，造成了岗位空缺和失业并存的矛盾局面，形成突出的结构性失业现象。从经济学角度出发，运用贝弗里奇曲线对结构性失业和劳动力市场运作效率进行了深入地分析。只有有效地进行就业信息传递，充分发挥政府公共信息平台作用；不断深化教育体制改革，完善人才培养结构；通过加强职业培训，提高大学生的就业竞争力，推动产业结构的梯度转移，扩大就业容量；并鼓励大学生树立择业新观念，多选择灵活就业。才能更好地解决毕业生就业难这一社会性问题。

Beveridge Curve Analysis on the Structural Unemployment for University Students

Nowadays there are several structural imbalances between the supply of the labourers in undergraduate level and the need of labour market, which lead to structural unemployment. In the angle of economic investigation, the author tends to deeply analyze the structural unemployment and the efficiency of labour market by using Beveridge Curves. The government must not only exert its function as a public terrace, but also propell the reform of educational system. Furthermore, the government should take the measures such as enlarging the posi tions, adjusting the industry structure and renewing the undergraduate students＇ idea of career, so as to resolve the social problem of unemployment of the undergraduate students.
