高校人才培养与企业发展

目前,企业已经把获得竞争优势的关注点放在人才吸引和人才开发上,把获得人才作为企业核心战略的一部分。企业发展需要什么样的人才,这是高校需要探索的。高校的人才培养目标应定位准确,本科教育培养的专门人才要“基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高”,专科教育要以培养面向基层的技术应用、技术管理与服务等应用型人才为宗旨。
