摘    要:教师专业化已成为21世纪各国对教师的基本要求。它是一个动态的、发展的概念。在职教师要不断适应教育发展的需要,就必须从专业化发展的角度去不断提高自己的专业水平。为了高质、高效地提高在职教师专业化水平,需要建立教师教育的保障系统。根据保障系统的来源可分为社会性保障系统(包括制度保障、规划保障、时间保障和经费保障)和心理性保障系统(即认识、需要和动机)。

Abstract:Specialization of teachers has become a basic requirement of every country for teachers in the 21st century and is a dynamic and developmental concept. The teachers who want to adapt to the need of educational development must keep improving their professional level in the professional development. The guarantee system for the education of teachers needs establishing in order to enhance the professional level of teachers with high quality and efficiency. In accordance with the sources this system can be classified into social guarantee system(including the guarantees of system, program, time and outlay) and psychological guarantee system(namely, cognition, requirement and motivation).
