| 摘 要： | 全面、客观、科学、准确的教学评估体系对于实现大学英语课程教学目标至关重要。本文以教育测量学基本原理和大学英语教学实际为依据,认为大学英语课程终结性评估体系要结合学校自身特点和实际,综合考虑学生群体和个体差异,形成全国统考和学校测试相结合的两位一体;分析目前学校测试所存在的较为普遍的问题,即对命题工作缺乏正确认知、对命题过程缺乏有效监控、对命题质量缺乏科学把握,从新颖性、原创性、前瞻性和科学性等视角,提出学校测试要以先进的测试理论为指导,取得良好测试反拨效应,促进大学英语教学目标的实现。
