| 摘 要： | 《广西普通话水平测试评分细则》(试行 )在测试实践中发挥了重要的指导作用 ,但在“说话”语音面貌“质”与“量”的界定上存在不合理之处 ,为减少评分误差 ,应给予“系统性的错误”统一的科学的解释 ,对“方言色彩”则可按显露程度的不同分级量化记录 ,而第四档“量”的规定宜放宽要求。

| Abstract: | The By laws for Standards of Grading of PSC in Guangxi"have been playing the most directive role in the test practice,but there exist some unreasonable regulations defining the Talking "Quality"and"Quantity"of Phonetic aspect.As the humble opinion of the article goes:at the loosing regulations for the quantity of the fourth grade,there should be a unification of the standards of grading the systematic errors and a rangeful quantification recording to the manifesting degree of"dialectal colour". |
