| 摘 要： | 校园文化的形成过程是一个内化的过程.优秀校园文化是一个历史积累的过程,是一个主动建设营造的过程.校园文化建设应着力在培育大学精神;培养创新人才;重视网络文化.校园文化建设要处理好普遍性与特殊性,继承性与创建性,主体性与主导性,内育性与开放性等几对关系.

| Abstract: | The formation of college campus culture is an internalized process, and that of excellent college campus culture is a historical process of conscious accumulation. The construction of college campus culture should consist in cultivating college spirit, fostering creative talents and stressing network culture. The construction also involves dealing properly with some pairs of dialectical relationships between universality and particularity, succession and initiative, subjectiveness and dominance, and internalization and openness. |
