| 摘 要： | 高校师资队伍建设是学校一项重要工作,对学校的发展起到至关重要的作用。文章通过分析高校考核体制滞后给高校发展带来了一系列的问题,提出了绩效考核的新举措,探讨了绩效考核在高校中的实施,对加强高校师资队伍建设具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper,in investigating the problems arising from the out-dated performance assessment system,proposes new approaches to assessing teaching staff's performance.The actualization of the new assessment is discussed afterwards,which if of crucial importance for the construction of teaching team. |
