| 摘 要： | 课程建设是教学质量的中心环节，是衡量学校办学水平和教学质量的重要标志，是实现培养目标的基本保证。本文从精品课程建设的指导思想和目标、基本要求、基本程序、评价指标体系、注意的问题等五个方面对精品课程建设进行了研究。
