| 摘 要： | 死刑是统治阶级借助国家暴力机构对严重危及国家和社会安全的犯罪人实施剥夺其生命权利的一种惩罚方式,带有浓厚的血腥味。死刑存废之争由来已久,文章从理论与现实两个层面分析了死刑是存还是废,并借此探讨我国的死刑存废问题。

| Abstract: | Death penalty is a way of punishment that the ruling class gets rid of the life of the individual who severely endangered the country and social security with the state violent institution.Whether keeping or abolishing,death penalty has long been argued.From both realistic and theoretical perspectives,the paper analyzed the problem to give a hint for China's death penalty problem. |
