| 摘 要： | 供销合作社遇到的困难和问题比国有企业特殊复杂 ,但创造性地改革供销社 ,实现供销社社属企业的体制和机制创新 ,发展壮大一批国有集体商业企业 ,建立以化肥为主的农业生产资料服务体系 ,兴办专业合作社 ,搞活农产品流通 ,合作经济组织的事业才更辉煌。

| Abstract: | The supply & marketing co-ops have met more complicated difficulties & problems than the state-owned enterprises in reform.Therefore, we must innovate the system & mechanism of the co-ops, develop the state-owned collective commercial enterprises, perfect the agricultural service system with the fertilizer as the key and set up special co-ops to circulate agricultural products. |
