| Abstract: | Electrical engineering takes an important part in the electric power system and the proper way of choosing instrument panel is the premise to make sure it accurate. So we must choose the sample measure correctly and properly choose the measure of instrument panel. Also,we must pay attention to the time difference that the instrument panel causes to the survey (measure). |
